the kings , the temple of Queen Hatshepust ,and the colossi of Memnon
Once a year, on the occasion of the Festival of Opet, in the second
and third month of the flood season, a solemn procession would transport
the sacred barque of the god from the temple of Karnak to the temple
of Luxor, was built by Amenophis III on the foundations of a previous
religious structure, dating from the time of Queen Hatshepsut. The
Queen had also ordered the construction of six kiosks, at the stopping
points of the sacred barque of Amun, along the original Eighteenth-Dynasty
dromos, the sacred avenue that connected the temple of Luxor with
the temple of Karnak. From the Eighteenth Dynasty on, the effigies
of the sacred barges of Amun, Amun of Karnak paid a visit to Amun
of Luxor, also known as Amun-em-ipet, meaning ‘Amun-Who-Is-In-His-Harem’,

visit the temple of Horus in Edfu Dedicated to Horus, the falcon headed
god It was believed that the temple was built on the site of the great
battle between Horus and Seth. Hence, sail to Kom Ombo, visit the
temple of two gods Sobek and Haroeris, .arriving by boat at the Temple
of Haroeris and Sobek, the magnificent Ptolemaic temple is in a dramatic
setting on high ground beside the Nile, surrounded by sugarcane fields.

Breakfast , then visit The world-famous High
Dam it was built 1960s , then visit Phila temple dedicated to the
goddess lsis, which include a temple of Hathor, a Birth House and
two pylons, celebrate all the deities involved in the lsis and Osiris
view of the elephantine island by felucca ( sailing boat ) and visit
the agha khan Mausoleum Take a felucca to the Mausoleum, atop a hill
at the southern end of the west bank. The Agha Khan use to spend every
winter in Aswan and was buried here in this magnificent mausoleum,
modeled on the Fatimid tombs in Cairo Dinner & Overnight in aswan
